• Fully air-conditioned offices, lobby, toilets and common areas.
• Thermal energy storage system equivalent to 3000 TR peak capacity. (Third largest capacity in the world.)
• Energy efficient helical rotary air cooled screw chillers.
• The air-conditioning system is not dependent on water as it is air cooled.
• No interruption in air-conditioning in case of power outages.
• Heat Recovery Units (HRU) are used or energy conservation.
• Comfort level of 23 ± 1 degree maintained in all office and common areas.
• Direct Digital Control (DDC) is provided for all AHU's.
• The special enclosures for servers and communication equipment can be maintained at precision levels as per ASHRAE (American Society for Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers) standards.
• Client control over AHUs provided.
• Cooling schedule for the various air conditioning areas can be programmed through the IBMS.
