Your application will be acknowledged upon receipt. If your application is successful, an offer together with the relevant site or floor plans will be made available.

4. PAYMENTS:

All rents, deposits, service charges, or outright purchase payment etc. must be settled prior to taking possession of the I.T.Park. Subsequent payments are reflected in the terms and conditions of leasing / letting.
